v0.1.0 brings persistent display settings, next up: game balance

This update closes out the v0.0.x series, which I was using to do "the basics" -- this final basics update brings a consistent state of settings between the main menu and game views for the Windows version, with the display settings auto-saved so they restore upon next launch.
Testing has shown a rapid early game and a heavily delayed late gate, largely because of the stone tools bottleneck. The 0.1.x update series will be about bringing better balance to these game mechanics, including adding some new workers (such as a miner who can mine copper faster using bronze instead of stone as a mining tool, perhaps?)
